'Return Home' Wellness Weekend
~Reset, Recharge, and Reconnect with yourself ~
Date: to be announced
Location: Vancouver Island: Malahat, BC,
please note that both date and location are tentative to change due to COVID-19.
A Wellness Weekend with the intent to reconnect and return yourself home. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, and it's important, as empathic emotional humans, to take a moment to pause and restore our selves. Take a weekend to release the internal junk drawers, reestablish and/or deepen that connection with your mind, body, and soul, in an environment that allows connection with others.
Spend three mornings practicing a foundational yoga practice open to all levels. Learn the basics of pranayama, bandhas, and meditation through interactive workshops. Participate in Reiki sessions both group and one-on-one sessions and explore our journaling workshops. Enjoy wholesome, nourishing, plant-based meals cooked by a lovely holistic nutritionist chef. Let us cultivate relationships, feel into our body and connect with our breath.
This glasshouse is located right on the Malahat overlooking the beautiful water. Remote enough to allow for full-body integration but close enough to local treasures including hikes, the ocean and the city of Victoria. This sensational experience will be with a small gathering, in a shared space, providing a safe environment to cultivate and deepen old and new relationships. Bring your best friend or someone close to you to enhance your experience!

Meet the Hosts
All paths lead home. It took a good long while, at least in my perspective to realize that in order to get that feeling of being "home" I needed balance. Nearly a decade of Yoga and I can finally say I feel that inner peace; that sense of connection with the ground, the air, essentially...the Sky. No matter the struggle, no matter the journey; the questions, the turmoil, Yoga has kept me balanced. Yoga has kept me "home," no matter the color, shape or size of the walls that surround me. Through my studies in college and working in mental health, I was able to further realize the common thread amongst inner peace and inner turmoil. Not nourishing the body with food, rest and exercise is the natural-born recipe for inner chaos while the opposite brings balance and stability. How can three small words count for so much? How can it be so utterly all-consuming if you let one fall off the radar? I know first hand that self-destruction albeit unintentional can still happen. Why find your bottom when through the use of my skills and my knowledge I can help you find your "home." The best part is I am bringing along some tremendous individuals to guide you along your journey, take a second to read their bio's below. As a CYA RYT 500 yoga teacher and holistic nutritionist she is a firm believer that breath and balance are the links to understanding one's self.
