The Retreat at Sage and Solace Farms
June 7th-9th, 2024

It is finally here, the moment we have all been waiting for. An easily accessible, local weekend retreat. This weekend of rest and tranquility is in the beautiful backyard of the Fraser Valley’s Premier Garden venue at the whimsical and rustic Sage and Solace Farms.

The Facilitator:

  • Facilitated by Sky of Sky Yoga and Wellness, a Tantric Hatha Yoga instructor with over 600 hours of teacher training under her belt. You’ll find that in these retreats she weaves in her education of holistic nutrition, psychology and anthropology to facilitate a sense of connection and community. This is a gathering space where Sky brings her unique approach to moving beyond the mat. Something she loves to cultivate in her international retreats, that she is now making accessible locally. These interactions will leave you feeling grounded and glowing as you treat yourself to this retreat.

The Gathering Space:

  • You will be surrounded with budding flowers, the sweetest goats and chickens, the most exotic geese, sharing the property with bees that are healing, the willow trees that are flowing, and so much more on the property! This organic farm is filled with magic the moment you step onto the property. After this retreat you will leave carrying that spark of magic within you.

  • On the premises are two beautiful dwellings that will be used by this retreat group! Four rooms are accessible and will have views of the stunning farm and gardens.

The Experience:

  • In this wellness experience there will be yoga classes/funshops, delicious and nourishing foods made by a professional chef/holistic nutritionist. Included in this experience is time for rest and tranquility, and solace, and a local adventure to our own wine country.  We are going to explore the local vineyards and cidery. Transportation to and from is organized to ensure safety and maximize your fun during this wellness experience. We will return to Sage and Solace farm for our final group dinner, this is not a meal you are going to want to miss. Our final morning will begin with solace, a light breakfast and a yoga class. During the free time there is space for a massage for those who want one. After that is farewell brunch and closing circle will occur, sending you off feeling full of the magic experienced at sage and solace.
